Two individuals are now facing charges following a luggage theft where a believed to be pepper spray resulted in harm at London's Heathrow Airport.

Tyrone Richards, 31, and Anton Clarke-Butcher, 24, now face two robbery charges and two counts of using a harmful chemical, authorities have stated.

This legal action stems from an probe of an assault at the multi-storey car park at Terminal 3 on the weekend. Earlier that day, two female travelers had their luggage taken after exiting a parking garage elevator, police said.

A three-year-old girl was caught up in the incident during the incident. Five people required hospital care and were subsequently released.

This event – which authorities stated was isolated and deemed non-terroristic – caused disruptions to rail services and the partial closure of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park for a short time.
